HOW PREPAID PHONE CARDS WORK?

Because of big competition in the telephony market worldwide, calling prices have been reduced enormously.

Those, who frequently call foreign countries, have already discovered a new way of low price calling. It is by buying a so-called prepaid phone card.

Usually, calling prices with prepaid phone cards are almost ¼ of prices big telephone companies are operating with.

As opposed to "normal" way of calling where you get a bill for the time you have been spending on your calls, with prepaid telephone cards (as the name indicates), you pay for your calling time in advance.

What you buy is a PIN code

You call a free or local access number (you will receive this access number in your email and on screen), you insert you PIN code and now you are ready to dial your destination number.

We can summarize it as follows:

1- You buy your prepaid telephone card
2- You receive a unique PIN code
3- You receive a free access telephone number for your country.
4- You dial the free access telephone number, insert your PIN code and you are ready to place your call.

HOW TO BUY A CARD?

Traditionally, when you buy a prepaid telephone card you have to scratch the PIN code. The free access number is printed on the card.

We at TELEFONKORT.NET have made it even easier for you to buy your instant PIN code whenever you want, wherever you want.

To buy a card on our site is fast and easy. In less than 2 minutes you will have all the necessary codes and access numbers to make your call.

After your payment is confirmed, this information will be available for you on the screen and in the e-mail you will receive from us.

Please print out your PIN code or write it down in a safe place immediately upon receipt.

To purchase your card, you must go through these steps:
1- Choose the card type you want to buy. You can do this either directly from our home page or you can choose from a menu at our buy cards page.
2- Choose the number of cards, for example 1.
3- Click on "add to" and add that card to your shopping basket.
4- Repeat steps 1 to 3 if you want to buy another card type.
5- When you are ready to pay click on "Order".
6- Verify that the information you provided is correct and click on "Confirm"
7- Use your VISA™ or MASTERCARD™ and pay your pay by your card of choice by following the instructions on your screen.
8- When your payment is confirmed (it takes less than 1 minute), you will receive the PIN code and free access telephone number you will need to place your call.

NOTE: TELEFONKORT.NET does not send any telephone cards by post. You receive all the necessary information on screen and by email.

COMPLAINTS

Our goal at TELEFONKORT.NET is to satisfy all of our customers in the best way we can.

If you have any complaints about how many minutes you have been calling, your PIN code or any other matter, we strongly suggest that you first contact the customer service of the card type wich you have bought.

The support information for each card type will be given to you simultaneously when you receive your PIN code. You can also find that information on our web site whenever you want.

Unfortunately some cards do not have a customer service phone, or email at all. It must be your choice to decide if you want to buy such a card or not.

Purchasing a PIN code from us is the same as scratching your PIN code from a physical card. Once you have received your PIN code from us (i.e. “scratched” your code), then no money will be refunded.

About Defeat: Most human organizations that fall short of their goals do so, not because of stupidity or faulty doctrines, but because of internal decay and rigidification. They grow stiff in the joints. They get in a rut. They go to seed. - James Gardner Send as SMS
